CISA or CISSP, Which one is the Best?

There are numerous fields in the Information Technology industry that one can choose to specialise. When it comes to the best security certifications, the two most common, are the CISA and the CISSP. The question of which one is better the CISA or CISSP gets asked often. While this is a hotly contended debate throughout the industry, the general consensus among security professionals and their peers are that the CISSP is the most highly regarded.
