Having Multiple certications will make it easier for a person to find a job in IT. Getting multiple certifications will help one advance in their career.

The CISA certification covers mostly what one would refer to as Information Technology auditing, governance and control while CISSP is purely security of information systems. So if, one just wants to specialise in the IT security sector, then CISSP would be the best choice to look into, but if one wants to understand the control of IT systems and is governance, then the the CISA is more appropriate.

Which one has more Career Options, CISA or CISSP?

There are several companies that require services from IT experts that have some knowledge in either IT management or security on information systems. This means that the marketability of CISA or CISSP is likely to be determined by the growing need of the corporate sector. Of the two, CISA or CISSP more people usually opt for security specialisation knowledge rather than auditing, governance and control. This would usually be the case if one were to look for work with a company that deals with data that may be quite sensitive.
